Great location and friendly staff. Rooms are small and could use updates.

The hotel is just a quick walk of about 500 meters to the stunning San Antonio River Walk and only a bit further to the historic Alamo, making it a fantastic base for exploring the vibrant city, plus there are an array of bars and restaurants nearby including the authentic Indian food that caught my eye. The cozy rooms provided a comfortable place to rest after a long day of roaming, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. while I enjoyed the stay overall, the breakfast could use some improvement in variety and freshness.

Comfortable bed, accommodating staff with a great location just a short walk to the river walk and a clean room that offered a fridge and microwave for convenience during our stay.
Couldn’t find a single fault.

The staff at Best Western Premier Historic Travelers Hotel are exceptionally accommodating and helpful. The hotel's location is excellent, just a short stroll to many attractions. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was cozy and well-equipped with a fridge and microwave for convenience.

A hidden gem with charm. Historic decor and a welcoming lobby set a positive tone. Location is ideal—just a quick walk to the Riverwalk. Staff is friendly; Vanessa and Akash stand out. Breakfast offered plenty of gluten-free and vegetarian options, and the bar next door served tempting Indian food. our room fell below expectations. Dirty and damaged upon check-in. Maintenance issues were apparent. Small size made moving around challenging. Parking costs and a lack of clear communication were unwelcome surprises. Despite the flaws, the hotel has potential. It’s a comfortable base for those exploring the area. With some attention to cleanliness and room conditions, this could be a top choice.

The staff were super friendly & helped with great restaurant suggestions. The rooms were clean and comfy, perfect for a good night’s sleep.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but it’s worth the cost.

The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home! Our room was comfy and perfect for recharging after a long day of exploring. Plus, the location was spot on—just a block away from all the action!
Would recommend! ❤️✨

I had a rough time with the bathroom setup – the sliding door offered zero privacy, and I felt super exposed. Plus, the shower wouldn’t give me any hot water.

Just a balanced option for a brief retreat in San Antonio with reasonable price. Clean and comfortable room.

My friends and I had a blast hitting up the cool spots near the hotel, like the awesome sports facilities and the epic entertainment options! We were never bored, always something fun to do.
Just wish they had a better late-night party scene for us young folks, like a happening rooftop bar or a rad club on-site.

The location is a gem, really close to everything exciting. The 24-hour tea and coffee machine is a lifesaver, and having a microwave and fridge in the room makes snacking a breeze.
Just a heads up, parking isn't free and that's a bummer.

I raided the Sundry Shop, a snack paradise. The gym at the hotel saved me from becoming a couch potato. Spice & Grill got my taste buds dancing with its strong aromas.
I enjoyed getting lost due to the mysterious address.

The room had a charming, modern appeal. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Temperature control was effective, maintaining a cozy atmosphere. the bathroom door was a barn door, leading to privacy concerns. The view of Travis Park, beautifully lit for Christmas, added a romantic touch to our stay. While the room was clean, the trash cans were too small for our needs. Noise levels were manageable, but could be improved for enhanced comfort. The walk to the Riverwalk was short and convenient, perfect for enjoying local dining options.

The family, friendly hotel offered fantastic options for entertainment like the pool and game room, providing endless fun for the kids. the on, site theater kept us entertained every evening with family, friendly shows.
For dads it would be great to have more kid, friendly meal options available.

First off, the location was fantastic - super close to all the downtown attractions and bus stops, which made getting around a breeze. The room was comfortable, and I especially appreciated having a fridge and microwave for convenience. Now, onto the not-so-great parts. The bed was really uncomfortable, very firm and bumpy, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. It was a bit disappointing that they didn't accept my chime card, and I had to go through some trouble with extra charges and getting change from the front desk. One big downside was the room size - it was much smaller than what was advertised, and it felt really cramped. The cleanliness could have been better, with some issues like a loose rod from the tapestries falling on the pillow during the night. But, on the bright side, the staff, especially Vanessa, were really helpful and made the best out of a challenging situation.

The staff were friendly and accommodating.
The rooms are super small, making it hard to move around. We were woken up twice, once by screaming outside and another by construction noise.

Location was fantastic - close to major attractions and the staff was friendly and helpful, making our romantic getaway even more special.
The room was a major downside. It was cramped, the bathroom door didn't close properly, and the shower door was a struggle to use.

The location was awesome! It was super close to the riverwalk and all the downtown attractions. We loved being able to walk everywhere and even took the bus a couple of times with ease. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was really friendly. Having breakfast at the hotel was convenient after long days of exploring.
There were a few downsides. The room was a bit small and felt cramped.
